Quality & service standards
Consistent Service. Clear Standards. Reliable Communication.
Every facility receives a defined cleaning scope, schedule and communication process based on its operational needs — without unsupported certification or compliance claims.
How we maintain service
Practical standards for commercial cleaning
Eight working principles that guide how HJM Cleaning plans, delivers and follows up on facility cleaning.
Clear Scope of Work
Every facility receives a written scope that defines the areas included, the cleaning tasks, service frequency, schedule, periodic services and any site-specific requirements. The goal is to reduce assumptions and keep expectations clear for both sides.
Site-Specific Cleaning Plan
Facilities differ in traffic levels, surfaces, operating hours, access requirements and priority areas. We adapt the plan to the way your building actually runs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Quality Checks
Service quality may be reviewed through supervisor oversight, periodic site walkthroughs, cleaning checklists, customer feedback and follow-up on reported issues. We do not claim a formal certified inspection program.
Communication
Each customer has a clear point of contact for scheduling, changes, service concerns, additional cleaning requests and follow-up. Questions are routed to one coordinator who understands the scope and history of the site.
Issue Resolution
If an issue is reported, we review the concern, determine the required corrective action and follow up with the customer. We do not offer unlimited guarantees or fixed response-time promises, but we do commit to addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Scheduling & Site Access
Service can be coordinated around business hours, evening service, overnight work, weekends, tenant schedules and construction schedules where appropriate. Access instructions and site procedures are documented as part of service setup.
Equipment & Supplies
Equipment, cleaning products and supply responsibilities are established according to the service agreement and facility requirements. We do not claim specific environmentally certified products unless verified in writing for your site.
Ongoing Service Review
Cleaning requirements may change over time. We can review cleaning frequency, service scope, facility changes, additional areas and periodic services when required, then update the scope so it stays relevant.
