HJM Cleaning was formed to give commercial, industrial and construction clients in Southern Ontario one dependable partner for facility cleaning — from daily janitorial to project handover.
Who we are
HJM Cleaning operates as a division of HJM Group Inc.. That structure lets us take on recurring janitorial contracts and one-time project work with the same coordination and the same accountability behind them.
Our teams work across offices, warehouses, construction sites, new residential builds, retail units, clinics and residential common elements. Some clients need us five nights a week; others need a single final clean before handover. Both are planned the same way: define the scope, agree the schedule, then deliver it.
Where a job calls for specialist equipment or access — window and exterior work in particular — we coordinate a vetted partner crew and stay responsible for the result, so you keep a single point of contact and a single quote.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a conversation about the facility: size, use, traffic, hours, access and what has not worked before. From there we prepare an itemized scope and frequency, and we adjust it as your needs change rather than leaving it fixed on paper.
