Post-construction handover
Staged rough, touch-up and final cleans coordinated with the site schedule so each area is ready for inspection.
New residential releases
Block-by-block detail cleaning of completed units so a full release reaches pre-delivery standard together.
Office fit-out and relocation
Construction dust removal, finish detailing and a first janitorial clean before staff move in.
Recurring facility programs
Ongoing janitorial contracts with periodic floor care and disinfection built into the same schedule.
